| Abstract: | The personal points of views on interdicting electric bicycle by Bejing City Government were described in this paper;The importance,necessity and possibility of recuperating wasted lead-acid batteries were discussed;It was believed that the pollutions caused by wasted batteries may be solved by establishing plants for recuperations.Some suggestions about electric bicycle communication safety and city planning of Beijing were introduced too. |
