初探设计制造卫浴自动生产线非标加工设备

在卫浴生产行业,机械装备涉入不算太深,随着人们生活水平的提高,对高挡卫浴的需求渐行渐旺,给了机械装备行业的施展空间。结合深圳市凝智机电有限公司和深圳市瑞智机械设备有限公司合力设计制造数控加工生产线的情况,对设计制造卫浴自动生产线非标加工设备进行分析研究,现该卫浴生产线已投入了试生产阶段,运行情况良好。

A Preliminary Study of the Design and Manufacture of Non-standard Processing Equipment in the Automatic Production line of Sanitary Ware

In the sanitary industry, involvement of machinery and equipment are not quite deep. Along with the improvement of people＇s living standard, the demand for high-grade sanitary ware is seeing a sharp increase, which has brought a vast space for the development of the machinery and equipment industry. In this paper, with reference to the two companies jointly design and manufacture of CNC sanitary processing production line, on the design and manufacture of bathroom automatic production line of non-standard processing equipment are analyzed. The sanitary production line has been put into trial production stage, running in good condition.
