摘    要:文章建立了深水钻井时在海流、波浪等海洋环境载荷的作用下,隔水管及底部球接头静态分析的三维有限元力学模型,考虑了隔水管在外载作用下的小应变、大变形和轴向力影响等特点,引入了非线性理论,其计算结果更加符合实际情况。海洋深水钻井隔水管的轴向载荷对其力学特性有显著的影响,因此.在实际钻井作业过程中,隔水管顶部应保持足够的张力,避免隔水管处于受压状态。

Abstract:In this paper, a static three-dimension mechanics model was presented considering the ocean environmental load such as current and wave. Taking small strain & large distortion and the axial load effect into consideration, nonlinear method has been used in this model.So the calculation is more accurate in auordance with that of the practice. The drilling riser's axial load effect on its mechanics in deep water is obvious, so, in practice, the top tensile load of drilling riser must be kept highly enough to avoid riser in compressive situation.
