拟动力实验系统的开发与应用

摘    要:本文介绍了在引进德国Schenck公司电液伺服结构实验系统的基础上,采用微机和A/D、D/A转换器将该系统组成数控闭环,从而使系统具有实时控制、数据采集和处理等多项功能。开发后的系统不仅使一般的结构静力、动力实验实现了微机控制,而且可以进行多自由度的拟动力实验,其应用结果表明,开发后的系统控制精度和稳定性很好,为结构工程的抗震实验研究提供了有力的实验手段。

Abstract:In this paper, based on the electrohydraulic structure testing system from Schenck Company of Germany, a digital control closed loop was formed with PC computer, A/D and D/A converter. The new testing system has functions of on-line control, date acquisition and analysis. It can be used in pseudodynamic testing as well as periodic and unpeliodic structure testing. The experimental results show that the devoleped testing system has the characteristics of fine precision and stability. It provides an excellent method for earthquake engineering research.
