基于ANSYS的齿轮箱油底壳有限元建模和结构优化

摘    要:介绍了有限元分析流程和优化计算流程,讨论了建模中应注意的几个问题,并以某船用齿轮箱油底壳为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立以壳单元为基本单元的油底壳有限元分析模型,分析了该油底壳的前10阶固有频率,并以第一阶自然频率为目标,对油底壳模型进行外形优化。

Abstract:This paper introduces the finite element analysis method of the ANSYS software, discusses several key points in the buildings of FEM modering, sets up the analysis model of oil pan by taking shell unit as basic unit analysis the former ten natural frequencies of the oil pan.Based on this model, the first natural frequency is set as the goal, and oil pan is optimized by shape optimization.
