| Abstract: | In this paper,the equation of angular velocity ratio of two shafts joint-ed to a universal joint has been derived by elementary mathematics. The derivation of the equation begines with the velocity anaiysis for the mechanism. Meanwhile,the reason of unequailty between the instantancous angular velocities of two shafts in the mechanism is clearly explaned. |
