摘    要:为更好地实现电动汽车与配电网协调发展,提出一种电动汽车与配电网协调规划方法。首先,研究电动汽车的充电负荷特性,摸清电动汽车的用电规律;其次,研究电动汽车进站流量密度,计算不同时刻不同类型的电动汽车充电数量。最后,研究考虑配电网容量约束的电动汽车充电站规划方法,保证电动汽车充电站规划方案的经济性和科学性。应用实例表明,此方法确定的电动汽车充电站规划方案科学、合理,验证了此方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In order to better realize the coordinated development of electric vehicles and distribution networks,A coordinated planning method for electric vehicles and distribution networks is proposed.Firstly,the charging load characteristics of electric vehicles is and the electricity consumption rules of electric vehicles is found out.Secondly,the traffic density of electric vehicles is studied,and the number of different types of electric vehicles charged is calculated at different times.Finally,the research on the planning method of electric vehicle charging station considering the capacity constraints of distribution network is studied to ensure the economic and scientific planning of the electric vehicle charging station.The application example shows that the electric vehicle charging station planning scheme determined by this method is scientific and reasonable,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of this method.
