基于SVM及X射线的气体绝缘开关设备故障自动诊断系统设计

摘    要:在过热故障诊断中,针对传统母线接头过热故障诊断系统诊断准确率较低的问题,设计了一个基于SVM及X射线的气体绝缘开关设备故障自动诊断系统,该系统的硬件通过TMS231F3215DSP核心处理器进行数据处理,由多通道传感器模块、核心处理器模块、网络数据通讯模块、便携式X射线探伤机等部分组成;该系统的软件则是通过SVM的应用构造了网上诊断模块,在核心处理器模块中实现了母线接头过热故障、金属接触件可视化故障等的自动诊断。引入便携式X射线探伤机,对气体绝缘开关设备内部焊缝、缺陷等进行探伤检测。通过硬件系统与软件系统的设计完成了该故障自动诊断系统。为了验证该故障自动诊断系统的有效性,与传统母线接头过热故障诊断系统进行对比,该系统的高温过热故障诊断准确率要比传统系统高出35.1%;中低温过热故障诊断准确率要比传统系统高出22.5%;同时,基于X射线的可视化故障判断在某220kV变电站断路器C相灭弧室故障的判别中也起到了关键性作用。

Abstract:In the process of overheating fault diagnosis,aiming at the problem of low diagnostic accuracy of traditional bus junction overheating fault diagnosis system,an automatic diagnosis system for bus junction overheating fault of gas insulated switchgear based on SVM is designed.The hardware of the system is processed by the core processor of TMS231 F3215 DSP,which consists of multi-channel sensor module,core processor module and network data communication module and portable X-ray flaw detector.An online diagnosis module through the application of SVM is constructed for the software system,and the automatic diagnosis of bus junction overheating fault and visual fault of metal contact are realized in the core processor module.A portable X-ray flaw detector is introduced to detect the internal welds and defects of gas insulated switchgear.The fault automatic diagnosis system is completed by the design of the hardware and software system.In order to verify the validity of the automatic fault diagnosis system,compared with the traditional bus junction overheating fault diagnosis system,the accuracy of the system’s high temperature overheating fault diagnosis is 35.1% higher than the traditional system,while the middle-low temperature overheating fault diagnosis accuracy is 22.5% higher than that of the traditional one.Meanwhile,the visual fault diagnosis based on X-ray plays a key role in the discrimination of the C-phase arc-extinguishing chamber fault of a 220 kV substation.
