摘    要:针对原有桥梁检测仪器误差矫正方法数据矫正精度较差的问题,设计基于激光线扫描的桥梁检测仪器误差自动化矫正方法。设定激光扫描仪参数并应用其完成误差数据的捕捉与处理,应用模糊C均值算法得出误差值的变化区间,结合马尔科夫链构建桥梁检测仪器误差矫正模型,完成检测数据矫正。引用Excel VBA程序实现桥梁检测仪器误差自动化矫正,设定数据库数据项格式,保证数据精度。至此,基于激光线扫描的桥梁检测仪器误差自动化矫正方法设计完成。设计对比实验,制定实验流程,选定实验测试点获取实验结果。与原有方法相比,此方法数据矫正精度较高且精度波动较小。由此可知,此方法优于原有方法,将其应用可有效降低桥梁检测误差的产生。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor data correction accuracy of the original error correction method of bridge detection instrument,an automatic error correction method of bridge detection instrument based on laser line scanning is designed.The parameters of the laser scanner are set up and used to capture and process the error data.The range of the error value is obtained by using the fuzzy C-means algorithm.The error correction model of the bridge detection instrument is constructed by combining Markov chain to complete the correction of the detection data.The Excel VBA program is used to realize the automatic error correction of bridge detection instrument,and the data item format of database is set to ensure the data accuracy.So far,the automatic error correction method of bridge detection instrument based on laser line scanning has been designed and completed.Contrastive experiments were designed,experimental procedures were established,and experimental experiments were selected to obtain experimental results.Compared with the original method,the data correction accuracy of this method is higher and the accuracy fluctuation is smaller.It can be seen that this method is superior to the original method,and its application can effectively reduce the generation of bridge detection errors.
