中波发射台低压供配电系统智能化改造设计

摘    要:文章介绍了中波发射台低压供配电系统的智能化改造。利用原有供配电设备,增加相应设备,对中波台低压供配电系统实施改造,改造为智能化不间断供配电系统,将原有设备设计成手动应急供电。投入资金少,设计合理,不需要人员操作,智能化程度高,可实现不间断供电,特别适用于边远地区发射台站改造,能够大幅度降低停播率,并满足广电“零停播”要求,从而达到广电总局《广播电视安全播出管理规定》无线发射转播台实施细则的配置要求。

Abstract:The paper introduces the intelligent transformation of the low-voltage supply and distribution system of the medium-wave transmitter.Use the original power supply and distribution equipment,add corresponding equipment,implement transformation on the low-voltage power supply and distribution system of the medium wave station,transform it into an intelligent uninterruptible power supply and distribution system,and design the original equipment as manual emergency power supply.There are less investment funds,reasonable design,no need for personnel operation,high degree of intelligence,which can achieve uninterrupted power supply,especially suitable for remote areas of the transmission station transformation,and can significantly reduce the suspension rate.They can meet the radio and television“zero stop broadcast”requirements,to meet the General Administration of Radio and Television“radio and television safe broadcast management regulations”wireless transmission broadcast ingress requirements of the implementation of the rules.
