| 摘 要： | 纯水液压用水做工作介质,具有不燃烧、无环境污染等优点,在食品、医药、娱乐等行业有广阔的应用前景。该文分析了纯水液压技术的特点及研究进展,并分析了其在食品领域的应用优势,介绍了发达国家纯水液压在食品加工行业中的应用与开发情况。

| Abstract: | Water is the medium in water hydraulics,it is no burning and no pollution,it has broad prospects in food?medicine and amusement trades.This paper analyses the features and developments of pure water hydraulics and advantages in food industry,also introduces the applications of water hydraulics in food processing in foreign countries. |
