摘    要:提出了EDTA络合滴定和酸碱滴定联合测定碱法炼锌中含锌碱性溶液中游离碱、锌和碳酸钠的新方法。以酚酞和甲基橙作指示剂,用盐酸标准溶液进行滴定;用EDTA测定溶液中锌含量,最后利用盐酸和EDTA的消耗量联合计算含锌碱性溶液中游离碱和碳酸钠量。通过理论计算验证了该方法酸碱滴定部分的分级滴定和直接滴定的可行性,并对碱浓度、碳酸钠浓度和干扰元素对测定的影响进行了研究。该测定方法操作简捷,具有良好的准确度和精密度,游离碱和锌测定结果的RSD小于0.3%、碳酸钠测定结果的RSD小于3.4%(n=6),回收率在97.7%

Abstract:A new method for determining the concentration of free alkali,zinc and sodium carbonate had been investigated.By using phenolphthalein and methyl orange as indicators,free alkali,zinc and sodium carbonate were titrated with hydrochloric acid and zinc was titrated with EDTA.The concentrations of free alkali and sodium carbonate were calculated with the consumption of hydrochloric acid and EDTA standard solution.The feasibility of acid base titration had been validated through the theoretical calculation.In addition,the effects of the concentration of alkali,sodium carbonate and metallic impurities on the determination had been studied,respectively.The RSDs for the determination were less than 0.3% for free alkali and zinc and 3.4% for sodium carbonate. The recoveries were in range of 97.7%-107.6%.This method was rapid,convenient and accurate.
