氯乙烯装置急冷塔的腐蚀与防护

摘    要:文章对37万吨/年氟乙烯装置氧氯化工序的急冷塔(120C001)的腐蚀与防护进行了探讨。详细介绍了所采用的德国产Asplit 846底涂、Asplit LF隔离层及Asplit VP 788胶泥衬砌两层耐酸砖及一层碳砖的复合防腐层结构和科学合理的插入管与塔体连接结构。介绍了该塔的施工过程,从结构上,材料上、施工过程控制上进行了探讨,总结该防腐蚀精品工程的成功之处。

Abstract:In this paper, we discussed about the corrosion and protection of the quench tower in chloroethylene unit in 370,000 tons/year oxychloride procedure. This article introduced the Asplit 846 painting which were imported from Germany, the Asplit LF insulating layers and the Asplit VP 788 clay lining which works on two acid-proof bricks and one carbon brick compound anticorrosive structure, the reasonable structure between the insert tube and the tower body. It made a summary on the process for anticorrosive operation. The structural design, material application and quality control during this quench tower project were introduced.
