唐钢转炉二次除尘改造

摘    要:介绍了唐钢第二钢轧厂为达到国家环保部对19个省47个地级市提出的特别排放限值,对转炉二次除尘系统实施的改造。改造中,摒弃了通常采用的增加过滤面积降低过滤风速的方法,而是将核心的滤料更换为高效低阻力的戈尔覆膜滤料。改造后的粉尘的排放量控制在特别排放限值以下,风机系统能耗也大大降低,为同类型设备改造提供了参考。

Abstract:To reach the special pollution limit given by Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China,the reformation of converter secondary dust removing system is carried out in No. 2 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel. In reformation,the normal method to increase filtering area and reducing wind speed is give off,whereas the new method is adopted: to replace the core filter material with high- coefficient and low- resistance filter material,Gore film. After reformation,the dust discharge amount is controlled under the special limit value,and the energy consumption of blower system greatly reduced. That offers a reference for other equipments of same type.
