北营烧结配矿的经济性研究

摘    要:烧结生产使用的含铁原料品种多、成分复杂、冶金性能各不相同,需进行配矿混匀以稳定成分和粒度,获得物化性能和冶金性能均一的混合料,保证烧结生产的稳定和高效。以360 m2烧结机的配比作为烧结杯试验的基准试验方案,在基本不改变混匀矿品位、SiO2含量、碱度、MgO含量等的基础上,调整各种矿粉的配比,并对烧结矿的多种指标进行检测,最终确定比较经济的配矿方案。

Abstract:Iron raw materials used in sintering have many varieties,complex composition and different metallurgical properties,must be proportioned and mixed to stabilize the composition and particle size of sinter and get the mixture with homogeneous physical and chemical properties and metallurgical performance and so to guarantee the stabilization and high efficiency of sintering production. With the proportioning ratio of 360 m2 sintering machine as the reference plan for sintering pot test,one economic ore proportioning plan is settled down through adjusting proportion ratio of various ore powder,with almost same grade of mixed ore,SiO2 content,basicity and MgO content,and checking the all index of sinter.
