摘    要:针对油田开发中后期存在的综合含水高、层间干扰矛盾突出等问题,研究了井下不动管柱换层采油工艺技术。该技术集找水、卡水于一体,可满足1~4个层段任意换层生产的需要,不仅提高了机械卡水的成功率和有效率,增加了油井产量,充分挖掘了非主力层的潜力;而且减少了作业井次,降低了作业成本,减轻了油层的污染伤害。现场应用取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:l production technology of zone replacement is studied aiming at the problems of high combined water cut and serious interference between layers. Using this technology can finish water finding and water plugging together and meet the need of random replacement among one to four layers. Successful ratio and effectiveness ratio, oil well production rate, and the potential of non-major reservoirs are improved. The operating well times and operating cost are decreased, and pollution damage of oil reservoir is lightened. Obvious economic and social benefits are achieved in field application.
