摘    要:数据检测系统是集计算机、通信及电子技术、工业控制为一体的综合测控系统。为提高检测系统的实时响应性能和多任务处理能力。设计了基于嵌入式数据检测系统的硬件结构和软件设计。在硬件上采用ARM9微处理器技术,同时移植uC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,使系统的可靠性和可扩展性得以提高。将嵌入式数据检测系统引入微生物发酵过程环境参量的检测中,实际使用证明,与传统的基于PCI卡数据采集系统相比,检测数据更可靠、现场施工更简单,提高了检测数据的实时性和准确性,实现了检测的自动化。

Abstract:Data detection system is a comprehensive monitoring system based on computer,communication and electronic technology.In order to enhance the performance of real-time response and ability to multi-task procession,this paper introduced a design of data detection system based on ARM9 hardware and uC/OS-Ⅱ embedded operating system,which has the advantages such as detection data is dependable and construction is simple in worksite.It can be applied in microbiology fermentation process detection system and accelerate the development of the system to facilitate the future expansion of the functions and improve the observation data timeliness and accuracy,and the observation of automation.
