摘    要:在现代分析技术开发中,简便、快速并且环境友好的样品前处理技术受到科技工作者的广泛关注.目前,分析技术的发展趋向于多步骤的一体化、多技术的联用和集成化、自动化、在线化等等.气流式吹扫液相微萃取技术具备了快速、操作简单、完全萃取、使用少量样品和有机溶剂等优点,可完成挥发性、半挥发性成分的同时萃取,实现了萃取和精制的一体化.本文探讨了气流式吹扫液相微萃取技术的组成结构、发展过程和应用前景.

Abstract:In modern analytical technology,the scientific community has pay close attention to simpler,fast,and more environmental friendly sample pretreatment techniques.The trends involve several techniques such as integration of multi-step,combination and integration of multi-techniques,automation,on-line,and so on.Gas purge liquid phase microextraction has provided with many merits and functions,such as fast,easy to operate,quantitative extraction,require small amount of sample and organic solvent,simultaneous extraction of volatile and semivolatile compounds,and integration of extraction and cleanup.This review focused on fabrication,development,and application of gas flow purge liquid phase microextraction technique.
