摘    要:为了快速而准确检测人参样品中的五氯硝基苯(PCNB)以及代谢产物五氯苯胺(PCA)和甲基五氯苯硫醚(PCTA),建立了气体吹扫微注射器萃取技术与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析方法,实现了萃取和净化技术的一体化.本方法对PCNB、PCA、PCTA的平均加标回收率为79.6%-114%,相对标准偏差为4.6%-8.4%.与传统的索氏提取-浓硫酸净化方法比较,本方法具有快速、简便、重现性好等优点,可大大减少有机溶剂量和样品量,在中草药以及农作物的农残检测中具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:A gas purge microsyringe extraction(GP-MSE) for fast GC-MS determination of pentachloronitrobenzene(PCNB) and its metabolites pentachloroaniline(PCA),pentachlorothioanisole(PCTA) in the ginseng was developed.It integrated extraction and clean up as one step.The average recovery of PCNB,PCA and PCTA in ginseng was 79.6%-114% and relative standard deviation was 4.6%-8.4%.Compared with Soxhelt extraction and concentrated sulfuric acid sulfonation-purification,this method is faster,simpler,has good reproducibility,and greatly reducing the amount of organic solvent and sample,while application of this method for measuring other herbs and pesticides residues in crops has a good prospects.
