Discussion on the Planning and Design of Indemnificatory Housing in Beijing City

In recent years, the Beijing city is making more efforts in increasing the low-income housing. Thus how to make the best use of low-income housing to meet needs of the different levels of different age and family is the problem need to be solved in time. In this paper, combined with years of housing construction experience in Beijing, the authors seek to solve the problems.
