| 摘 要： | 介绍了当前开发开放式数控系统采用的几种模式；开放式数控切割系统在硬件上采用基于运动控制卡的NC嵌入PC的开发模式，以Windows操作系统为软件操作平台，采用面向对象语言。以模块化设计方法进行软件系统设计，实现了系统硬件和软件上的开放性；针对切割系统设计过程中出现的若干关键问题，具体进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The general patterns adopted in designing open NC system are introduced. The open NC cutting system is based on the pattern of PC plus Motion Controller and the software system is modular-programmed with Object-Oriented language. Thus, openness can be realized in both the hardware and the software system. At the same time,the paper shows how to tackle some key problems discovered during the system design period. |
