直管科氏力质量流量计的激振电路设计

摘    要:科里奥利质量流量计的核心电路是机电一体化的激振电路(下简称激根电路)和时间差检测电路。激振电路设计的好坏关系到整个流量计的性能,诸如流量计的精度、稳定性、重复性和抗干扰能力以及提供易于后级电路处理的信号等.分析了直管科里奥利质量流量计的激振电路设计原则并给出了设计实例和经实验可行的电路.

Abstract:The core circuit of coriolis mass flowmeter are excitation circuit electronically and mechanically combined (briefly excitation circuit) and time difference measuring circuit. The performance quality of coriolis mass flowmeter, such as, precrsion, stability, repeatability immunity, primarily, depends on the design quality of excitation circuit, and the ability to provide signals easily processed by successive circuit. The design principle of excitation circuit is analysed, and the diagram of excitation circuit is provided which has been proved practical by experiments.
