兼权熟计扩大内需

有若干理由来解释国内外个人或集团对商品与服务的需求不足，不过，尽管政府宏观调控一系列应急措施，诸如增加公共基础设施投资、降低利率、提高公务员工资、高等学校扩大招生，刺激股市的某些有效步聚和征收利息等业务已实施，但直到今天未取得实质性效果，广东省的一些企业看业已在消费市场占据相对优势地位，但扩大内需或外需的问题仍然徘徊在广东的经济领域，虽然被这一难题所困扰，有关这一命题的大量论文却盯着市场消费，仅仅少量中调指出经济中供给的重要性，扩大内需较合理的途径应该是双管齐下，庶几达到供需平衡，这样一个刍荛之见在本文中予以讨论。

Give Mature Consideration to All Aspects for Expanding Internal Demands

There are several reasons to explain the scant demand of goods and services from domestic and abroad by individuals or by groups. However, notwithstanding a series emergency measmes under the government' s macroscopic control such as increasing investment on public infrastructure, reducing interest rote, raising wages of civil servants, augmenting students recruitment of higher educational institutions, some effective steps to stimulate the stock market and collecting interest tax, are implemented, but no remarkable effect has been obtained up to now. Relative dominant position in consumption market seems to be occupied by some enterprises in Guangdong province, but the problem upon expanding internal as well as external demands is still pacing up and down in Guangdong's economic field. Although it is puzzled by this difficult question, a great majority papers about this topic are aimed at consumption in market, and only a few papers emphatically pointed out the importance of supply in economy. The more reasoning approaches to expand internal demand should be worked along both lines so as to reach the equilibrium of supply and demand. Such a viewpoint to my limited understanding is briefly discussed in this paper.
