摘    要:对用超临界CO2萃取技术从啤酒中脱除酒精,制备无醇啤酒的工艺进行了研究。探索了操作压力、温度、萃取时间及CO2流量对啤酒中酒精脱除效果的影响。确定了最佳制备工艺条件。

Abstract:A technolgy for isolution of alcohol to make Nablabs with supercritical carbon dioxids as a solvent was described. The principle ofthe technique using supercritical CO2 fluid as a solvent was to change the solubility of solutes in liquid CO2 at the critical point of CO2.
