摘    要:以TC型四通道煤粉燃烧器为研究对象,通过三维建模和结构化网格划分,采用κ-ε湍流模型和simple算法,考察了该燃烧器内流场的变化并对其进行数值分析与仿真,获得了与实际情况相符的流场分布图。肯定了仿真的可靠性和κ-ε模型的可行性及TC型四通道煤粉燃烧器结构的合理性。

Abstract:Takes the 4-channel TC type coal burner as the research object.Through 3-dimension modeling and structured mesh generation,adopting κ-ε turbulence model and simple method,the variation of the inner flow field with its numeric analysis and simulation in the burner are studied.The contours of the flow field accords with the actual condition.The κ-ε model is approved to be feasible and the structure of the coal burner is reasonable.
