摘    要:碳热还原氮化工艺是近年来制备低成本高性能SiAION陶瓷材料的一种实用方法.具有产业化生产潜力。本文对碳热还原氮化法制备SiAION的进展进行了综述,归纳分析了不同条件对生成物性能的影响,对今后的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Carbothermal Reduction and Nitridation(CRN) process is one of the effective methods with the potential for large-scaled industrial application, using for the preparation of low cost & high performance SiAlON ceramic materials.The progress in research on synthesis of SiAlON with CRN is viewed,and the influence of different conditions on the phase compositions and the relevant properties are analyzed respectively.Moreover,the prospect for further development of SiAlON materials is discussed in detail.
