摘    要:对腈纶生产中动力消耗的影响因素进行分析,找出工艺设计中存在高能耗的控制点,提出了解决问题的方法。经过技术改进和工艺优化,提高了各装置运转水平,降低了纤维的综合能耗,达到节能减排的目的。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the factors which have effect on power consumption in dry-spun PAN fiber production,finds out the control points of high energy consumption in the process design,and propoes the methods to solve problems.After the technical promotion and process optimization,it raises fuction level of each installation,reduced the comprehensive energy consumption of fiber production and obtains the energy saving and emission reduction.
