摘    要:低浓度聚合物冻胶体系在现场的注入和地下的渗流过程中会遇到剪切问题,因此,研究各种剪切因素对低浓度聚合物冻胶成胶行为的影响具有实际意义。用实验方法研究了剪切速率和剪切时间对2种成胶体系的低浓度聚合物冻胶成胶行为的影响。实验结果表明,动态成胶与静态成胶相比,其成胶速度和所成冻胶的强度都大不相同。剪切速率对成胶有极大影响。在一定的剪切速率下,成胶有提前发生的趋向。随着剪切速率的增大,所成冻胶的强度降低;剪切速率愈大,发生冻胶强度下降的时间愈早。剪切时间对成胶也有极大影响,随着剪切时间的增加,冻胶的强度逐渐降低。图5表1参1(郭海莉摘

Abstract:During its well site injection and flowing in reservoir, weak gel formed with solution of low polymer concentration could meet shear problem. So, it has practical significance to study the effect of shear on gelling behavior of weak gel formed with the solution of low polymer concentration. The effects of shear rate and shear time on gelling behavior of weak gel formed with the solution of low polymer concentration are studied in this paper. Some results were gained. The experimental results showed that comparing dynamic gelling behavior with static gelling behavior, rate of gelling and strength of gel are greatly different. Shear rate has great influence upon gelling behavior, cross liking was advanced at certain rate. Strength of gel was decreased with the increase of shear rate. The higher shear rate, the earlier reduction of strength of gel. Shear time has great influence upon gelling behavior either. Strength of gel was decreased with the increase of shear time.
