摘    要:文章归纳福建无烟煤的固有特性,分析了DG75/3.82-11型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的设计特点:中循环倍率、高炉膛、炉膛出口段布置蒸发受热面、气力播煤装置、风道点火器,介绍其运行实践效果,对存在的灰量不平衡造成旋风分离器磨损、过热蒸汽温度波动、蒸发管束受热面磨损、风帽磨损等问题分析原因,采取相应改进措施并提出优化设计建议,对燃用福建无烟煤CFB锅炉的设计和发展具有参考意义。

Abstract:The peculiarity of fujian anthracite is generalized. In design, DG75/3.82-11 circulation fluidized bed (CFB) boiler has the follows characteristics: adopting mid-circulation-ratio, raising the heigh of furnace, setting evaporating heating surface to furnace exit, supplying coal into furnace with pressed-air, laying ignitor in air conduit, and so on. The result of operation practice is introduced. But those problems including tear-and-wear of cycloneseperator due to unbalanced quantity of circulating solids, superheated steam temperature fluctuation, tear-and-wear of evaporation-pipes and air-hood, etc. , are also not resolved. The corresponding improved countermeasures are executed, and the optimize suggests in design are expounded. The paper has reference value for the design and development of CFB boiler whose fuel is fujian anthracite.
