氨基功能化HMS负载磷钨酸催化氧化脱硫研究

摘    要:以硅烷偶联剂(KH-550),采用二次合成的方法对六方介孔二氧化硅HMS分子筛进行氨基表面功能化,并采用浸渍法将磷钨酸(HPW)负载于功能化样品上,即制成负载型磷钨酸催化剂(HPW/NH2/HMS),以过氧化氢为氧化剂,以含苯并噻吩的石油醚作为模拟燃料油,进行催化氧化脱硫的研究。在反应温度为60℃、m(O)∶m(S)=16、m(催化剂)∶m(模拟油)=0.45、反应时间为1.5h条件下,确定了氧化脱硫工艺条件。在最佳工艺条件下,w(硫)由973μg/g降至129μg/g,脱硫率达86.79%。通过对比发现,HPW/NH2/HMS的脱硫效果比HPW的脱硫效果好,负载后催化剂的活性得到大大提高。重复使用7次,脱硫率仍可达83.49%,催化剂重复使用性能较好。

Abstract:The study on catalytic oxidation desulfurization done with compounded supported phosphotungstic acid as catalyst (HPW/NH2/HMS) was carried out,using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,with petroleum ether containing benzthiophene as a mock fuel oil.The catalyst was compounded by using KH-550 as the silane coupling agent,adopting the method of quadratic synthetic amino surface functionalization on HMS molecular sieve,and taking HPW to load on NH2/HMS by immersion method.The optimal oxidation desulfurization process conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature is 60 ℃,the ratio of the number of oxygen atom to sulfur atom is 16,the ratio of the mass of catalyst to oil is 0.45 %,reaction time is 1.5 h.Under these conditions,sulfur content by 973 tg/g fell to 129μg/g,desulfurization efficiency reached up to 86.79 %.By comparison,found that the HPW/NH2/ HMS desulfurization effect is better than the HPW.Besides,the activity of the former are improved greatly.Repeated use 7 times,the desulfurization rate can reach to 83.49 %,still the catalyst performance of reuse is quite good.
