一类非聚醚破乳剂的破乳效果与油水界面膜强度的关系

摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸为原料,采用乳液法合成了一系列亲水、疏水基团比例不同的四元共聚物破乳剂。主要考察了合成的LG系列非聚醚破乳剂及其与工业聚醚破乳剂LP复配的破乳性能,以及破乳性能与油水界面膜强度的关系,并分析了温度对界面膜强度的影响,而且对产物进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱检测。结果表明,在85℃,LG系列破乳剂中LG2的破乳效果相对较好,加量120mg/L时脱水率达80.36%,当LP与LG2按V(LP)∶V(LG2)=1∶1复配后破乳效果最好,脱水率达93.33%,高于LP单剂的脱水率90.91%,2种破乳剂产生了协同增效作用。破乳剂和温度是影响界面膜强度的重要因素,破乳剂降低界面膜强度的能力越强,破乳效果越好。同种破乳剂相同破乳时间内,温度越高,界面膜强度越低,越有利于破乳。

The relationship between demulsification effect and the oil-water interfacial film strength of a kind of non-polyether demulsifiers

Abstract:A series of different proportion of hydrophilic,hydrophobic groups of quaternary copolymer emulsion breaker were prepared by emulsion polymerization method with methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate,methacrylic acid, acrylic acid as raw materials. Mainly we studied demulsification performance of the synthetized LG series of non-polyether demulsifiers and it compounded with industrial polyether demulsifier LP,the relationship between demulsification performance and the oil-water interfacial film strength,at the same time analyzed the influence of temperature on the intensity of interfacial film; furthermore, the products were tested by FT-IR. The results showed that, in 85 ℃, the demulsification effect of LG2 is relatively good in LG series of demulsifiers,when add the amount of 120 mg/L, the de- hydration rate is 80. 36%,when LP and LG2 are compounded by V(LP) : V(LG2)=1 : 1,the demul- sification effect is best, the dehydration rate is 93.33 %, which is higher than the LP single agent dehy- dration rate of 90. 91%, the two demulsifiers have a synergistic effect. Demulsifier and temperature are the important factors that affect the intensity of interracial film, the stronger the ability of demulsifier to reduce the intensity of interfacial film, the better the demulsification effect. On same demulsifier in the same demulsification time, the higher the temperature, the lower the intensity of interfacial film, the more conducive to the demulsification.
