全数字化飞行器舵机硬件控制系统设计

摘    要:为满足舵机的高性能位置伺服要求,提高飞行器姿态控制的可靠性和控制精度,基于DSP芯片TMS320F28335设计了一套全数字飞行器舵机硬件控制系统.分析了该系统硬件结构组成.研究结果表明:设计的高精度位置随动系统,能满足舵面调整范围±10°,调整误差小于0.1°的系统参数指标要求.实现了高速飞行状态下各传感器模块数据的实时采集,控制算法的高速处理,以及舵面的快速调整,完成对飞行器飞行姿态的控制.

Hardware Control System Design of Actuator of Full Digital Aircraft

Abstract:In order to satisfy the high precision servo position requirements of actuator ,a hardware control system of the aircraft actuator is designed based on DSP chip TMS320F28335 .The basic hardware structure is analyzed .The results show :The adjustment range of actuator is in ±10° ,and the error is less than 0 .1° ,w hich satisfy the requirements of system specification .It realizes the real-time data acquisition of each sensor module in high speed conditions of aircraft ,high speed processing of control algorithm and rapid adjustment of rudder surface .The control of flight attitude is satisfactary .
