摘    要:针对多针状氧化锌晶须(M-ZnOw)等效电磁建模的难度和复杂度,文中基于宏观电磁响应的一致性,提出了一种预测M-ZnOw等效电磁参数的等效球形粒子模型.通过对不同形状粒子填充复合材料的宏观电磁响应的仿真分析,结合Hashin-Shtrikman(HS)变分理论以及核壳粒子理论,推导了多针状氧化锌晶须等效电磁参数的上下界表达式,并将等效磁导率的理论预测值与具有磁损耗层的四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)的实验值进行了对比.结果表明:当粒子有耗时,M-ZnOw与等效球形粒子具有相似的宏观电磁响应,采用等效球形粒子能够预测M-ZnOw的等效电磁参数;与实验结果相比,在2~18GHz频段内,对涂覆Fe的TZnOw粒子填充的复合材料的磁导率实部预测值误差小于0.3,虚部预测值误差小于0.1.

Study on the Equivalent Electromagnetic Modeling and Simulation of Multi-needle Zinc Oxide Whisker

Abstract:T he unique three-dimensional structure of M ulti-needle Zinc Oxide w hisker (M-ZnOw ) brings difficulty and complexity to its equivalent electromagnetic modeling .Based on the consistency of macroscopic electromagnetic response ,an equivalent spherical particle model is presented to predict the equivalent electromagnetic parameters of M-ZnOw .According to the simulation analysis of composite materials filled with different shape particles ,the expression of upper and lower bounds of effective electromagnetic parameters of M-ZnOw is derived by using HS variational theory and core shell particle theory .And the effective permeability prediction value and the experimental value of Tetrapod-needle zinc oxide whisker (T-ZnOw ) with magnetic loss coating layer are compared to verify the theoretical model .The results shows that when the particles are lossy ,M-ZnOw and spherical particle have similar response macroscopic electromagnetic ,and the proposed equivalent spherical particle model can predict the effective permittivity and effective permeability of M-ZnOw . Compared with the experimental results ,in the frequency range of 2~18 G Hz ,prediction error of real part of permeability of composites filled with T-ZnOw particles coating with Fe is less than 0 .3 ,and prediction error of imaginary part of is less than 0 .1 .
