固定粉尘环境下激光衰减特性分析

摘    要:为了减少环境对激光传输的干扰,依据Mie散射原理,提出了激光检测法.设计密度可控的密闭试验箱,选择波长为0.65μm的激光光束通过不同浓度粉尘的环境,在分布近似均匀的模拟环境中,设计了传输模型,分析了粉尘环境中激光的传输规律.研究结果表明:当粉尘浓度在100~230g/m3之间时激光信号衰减最快,当浓度大于230g/m3之间时,激光信号衰减基本保持不变.实验结果的拟合曲线与模型曲线相吻合,验证了激光在不同粉尘浓度中的衰减特性和传输模型的正确性.

Properties of Laser Attenuation Based on Fixed Dust Particles

Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of environment on laser transmission ,based on Mie scatter principle ,a method of laster detection is presented .A closed test box ,in which density is controllable ,is built .0 .65 μm laser beam is selscted to pass the environment of different evenly distributed dust concentration .The transmission model in simulation dust environment is designed and the principle of laser transmission is analized .The results show that the attenuation of laser signal is the fastest when the dust concentration is between 120~230 g/m^3 ,it is hardly changed when the dust concentration is greater than 230 g/m^3 . The results point out that the fitting curve is identical with model curve ,which demonstrates that the accuracy of attenuation characteristics and transmission model of laser in different dust concentration .
