无刷直流电机的FPGA控制系统设计及仿真

摘    要:为简化外围硬件电路、提高无刷直流电机在高温高湿等特殊领域下控制的稳定性和抗干扰性,设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列的无刷直流电机实时控制系统.根据无刷直流电机的原理特性,采用速度与电流双闭环调速方式和PWM-ON调制方法.设计了现场可编程门阵列外围硬件电路和电机驱动电路,采用Verilog HDL语言设计了现场可编程门阵列内部各个逻辑功能模块.仿真和实验结果表明:电机转速在负载情况下能快速稳定在设定值3 000r/min,该控制系统性能稳定,调速性能良好.

Abstract:In order to simplify the hardware circuit and improve the control stability and anti-interference performance of brushless DC motor (BLDCM ) in the special areas such as high temperature and humidity ,a kind of real-time control system based on FPGA is designed .According to the principle of BLDCM ,this design uses speed and circuit double closed loop control mode and PWM-ON modulation method .The external hardware circuit and the drive circuit are designed and the internal logic modules of FPGA are compiled based on Verilog HDL .Through the software simulation and experimental verification ,motor speed under the condition of load becomes stable in 3 000 r/min quickly ,which shows ,that the steady state and speed control performance of the design are satisfactory .
