虚拟齿轮测量中心的几何运动误差建模及其对测量效应的分析

摘    要:为了研究误差对测量结果的影响,在虚拟齿轮测量中心建立误差模块,根据测量渐开线样板的结果进行评定.研究结果表明:将振幅为4μm、圆频率为0.9rad/mm的运动误差值叠加到虚拟齿轮测量中心运动模块中,渐开线样板齿形误差和形状偏差的增量小于1μm,斜率偏差不变,不影响测量精度;将同样大小的几何误差叠加到虚拟齿轮测量中心会直接影响测量结果,且测量结果与给定的正弦函数规律一致.

Abstract:The impact of errors on the measurement results of virtual gear measuring center is studied . The error module of virtual gear measuring center is established and estimated according to the measurement results .The results show :While motion errors with the amplitude of 4μm and the circular frequency of 0 .9 rad/mm are added to motion module ,the involute profile error and shape deviation increment are are less than 1 μm ,the slope error is not changed ,measurement accuracy remains unchanged;The same values of the motion errors added to virtual gear measuring center have a direct impact on the measurement results ,which are consistent with a given sine rule .
