气-液化学反应制备氮化铁磁性液体

摘    要:通过氨气和五羰基铁之间的气-液化学反应,制备出了稳定的氨化铁磁性液体.较为详细地研究了原料的配比、反应温度、表面活性剂的种类及用量等实验参数对产品性能的影响.利用XRD、TEM和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等技术对产品的化学组成、固体粒子的粒径、晶型及磁性能进行了测定.制备的磁性液体具有较高的饱和磁化强度,达到0.134T.

Abstract:This paper introduced the preparation of stable iron-nitride magnetic fluid by vapor- liquid chemical reaction between iron carbonyl and ammonia. The effects of experiment parameters, such as reactant proportion, reaction temperature, the type and the dosage of the surfactant on product properties were studied in detail. X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM) were carried out to measure the chemical structure, the crystal style and the magnetic property. The prepared magnetic fluids have high performances with respect to saturation magnetization, up to 0.134T.
