江苏富民永安地区坍塌压力剖面的建立及应用

摘    要:江苏富民和永安地区在钻井过程中存在着井壁失稳等复杂问题,通过对永23井和富深X1井钻井中井壁稳定研究分析,建立了该地区坍塌压力剖面。经现场应用,有效地避免和减少了井下复杂情况的发生,提高了钻井效率,为钻井工程设计、现场钻井液密度的合理调整和实现安全快速钻进提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:Complicated problems such as borehole instability exist in drilling in Fumin and Yongan area of Jiangsu. Study was conducted on wellbore stability by investigating the drilling case history in Well Yong-23 and Well Fu-X1, which is a deep well, and a collapsing pressure profile of this area is established. Field application of the pressure profile effectively avoided and minimized downhole troubles, and the drilling efficiency was also improved. This study was beneficial for drilling engineering design, field drilling fluid density adjustment and the implementation of fast and safe drilling operation, while provided scientific evidences for performing these work.
