| 摘 要： | 视频文字识别在视频分析与检索中有着重要作用,该算法对字幕图像进行N层小波分解,获得该视频文字的低频分量,再借助相似性度量方法实现视频文字的识别.实验结果表明,基于小波变换和相似性度量的视频文字识别算法能有效避免复杂背景等因素影响,有效提高视频文字的识别效率.

| Abstract: | Caption recognition is important in video analysis.First,the caption is decomposed by wavelet in depth of N-layer,and extracted the character from the low frequency part of the wavelet coefficients.Then,the character of the low frequency part is compared with the corresponding information of the standard characters with the algorithm of similitude-measurement to realize the caption recog-nition.The experiment indicates that the algorithm is availability. |
