摘    要:失效分析在本世纪得到了迅猛发展,推动和促进了断裂力学相关学科的建立;金属材料断品学得到了充分的发展和完善,促进了机械产品失效的分析诊断和产品内在本质的改善;痕迹分析技术得以广泛应用;失效预测预防的理论、技术和方法也娶得了一些进展。21世纪机械失效分析领域面临着的首要问题是机械失效学科的建立和完善;引起国际学校界高度重视的另一问题是固体材料环境损伤的深化诱致突变及其地构件的秘至秩效通常是远离平衡条件

Abstract:The great progress in failure analysis made in the 20th century has greatly promoted the foundation and development of related sciences and discipline such as fracture mechanics. The achievement of fractography for metallic materials promoted the diagnosis for mechanical failure and the improvement of product quality. The analysis technique based on mechanism marks has been widely apphed and some achievement of theory and method for prediction of mechanical failure have been made in the 20th century. The most important task is to establish and improve the mechanical failure science for mechanical failure analysis field in the 21st century. Another problem that will be paid attention is the sudden change of material behavior induced by damage evolution and its prevention under environmental conditions. Some fields will be developed in 21st century such as the fracture feature and its regularity of new materials, the evolution for safety rehability of structure component, the quantitative analysis techniques, the failure analysis of micor-electronic products as well as computer aided diagnosis and analysis system.
