TMTD对ZnO硫化BIIR的影响

摘    要:通过改变ZnO-二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)用量,研究了ZnO-TMTD硫化体系对溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)硫化特性、硫化反应动力学及物理机械性能的影响。研究表明,TMTD能够促进ZnO对BIIR的硫化。加入TMTD后,硫化反应活化能降低,胶料的焦烧时间明显缩短,拉伸强度、撕裂强度等物理机械性能得到提升。随着TMTD用量的增加,反应速率常数变大,硫化过程由2个一级反应转变为1个一级反应。

Abstract:The effects of TMTD on curing characteristics,cure kinetics,mechanical properties of BIIR vulcanized by ZnO were investigated by changing the dosage of TMTD.The results showed that TMTD decreased the activation energy of BIIR-ZnO system,promoted the crosslinking reaction of BIIR,shortened the scorch time obviously,and improved the mechanical properties.With the increasing dosage of TMTD,the reaction rate constant increased and two first order reactions changed into one.
