| 摘 要： | 科研成果质量的评价是高等院校科研管理的重要环节,对于提高科研成果质量具有积极的意义和重要作用。针对科研成果质量评价所采用的层次分析法和模糊综合评判相结合的模糊综合评判模型,在专家知识和主观经验的基础上,利用具有严密逻辑的数学方法尽可能删除主观成分,合理确定评价指标权重,使定性与定量分析得到较好的融合,克服原来科研成果评价工作中的主观随意性,从而更加准确、全面、科学、公正地评价科研成果质量。

| Abstract: | The quality evaluation of scientific research is an important part of research quality management in universities.And it is significant for improving the quality of scientific research.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can avoid subjectivity and evaluate index weights reasonably.And the model can depict the qualitative problems in the quality evaluation with scientific means to integrate the qualitative and quantitative analysis.Thus the quality evaluation can be more accurate,comprehensive,scientific and impartial. |
