摘    要:消失模铸钢件极易产生夹渣及气孔缺陷。分析了消失模铸钢件夹渣缺陷的来源、形态分布、易出现的部位。从钢水充型形态分析出发,分析了充型钢水的湍流状态及附壁效应对夹渣形成的影响。从热力学和动力学角度分析了消失模铸钢件夹渣缺陷形成及移动机理,提出了消失模铸钢件减少夹渣缺陷的途径和建议。

Abstract:The slag inclusion and gas hole defects were generated easily in EPC steel castings. The source, shape distribution and position where slag inclusion easily occur were analyzed. According to the filling behavior of molten steel, influence of the turbulent flow and wall attachment effects of filling molten steel on formation of slag inclusion were approached. Based on the thermodynamics and kinetics, the forming and floating mechanism of the slag inclusion in EPC steel castings were described. The approaches...
