Abstract:Acrylate rubber(ACM) and epichlorohydrin rubber(ECO) blends were cured by using TCY/TRA and TCY/NA-22 curing system,respectively.The effect of curing systems,TCY and TRA contents on the curing characteristics of ACM/ECO blends,mechanical properties,the heat-aging resistance,oil resistance and compression set at high temperature were also studied.The results showed that ACM/ECO blends could be co-vulcanized by TCY/TRA curing system and the comprehensive property of ACM/ECO vulcanizate was good when TCY/TRA content was 1.5 phr /1.5 phr.
