基于AMESim的混合动力挖掘机动力匹配研究

摘    要:探索了并联混合动力液压挖掘机的匹配方法,设计了一套基于某中型液压挖掘机的并联混合动力系统方案和一种基于分工况的综合控制策略。利用AMESim软件对发动机、电池组、液压系统和工作装置分别进行了建模和分析,最终建立了整个系统的仿真模型并对不同工况进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:该动力匹配方案和控制策略能够稳定发动机的工作点,可以对电池组进行有效管理和保护,获得较好的动力性指标和节能指标。

Abstract:The paper explored the power matching method for a parallel hybrid hydraulic excavator,some middle-sized hydraulic excavators′ parallel hybrid system and a comprehensive control strategy based on division of work state have been designed.Engine,battery set,hydraulic system and working plant have been built by using AMESim,a simulation model of the hybrid system has been built too.Simulation results show that the power-matching system and the control strategy can not only stabilize the engine operating point but also manage and protect the battery set effectively with much better power performance indicators and energy saving indicators.
