基于PHOENIX RS422/485-PRO的高速公路隧道多状态监控现场数据采集系统设计

摘    要:介绍了以PHOENIXRS422/485-PRO模块为核心的高速公路隧道多状态监控现场数据采集系统的设计。通过可编程控制器(PLC)对现场数据进行采集,并将采集的数据上传到上位机,实现实时显示;在编程界面PCWORX中用相应的功能块给通信模块设定通信协议和其他通信参数。最后经过现场调试,验证了该系统在高速公路隧道多状态监控中的实用性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of multi-state supervisory field data acquisition system with PHOENIX RS422/485 - PRO module as the core for freeway tunnel. The field data are acquired and exchanged with computer and realized real-time display by using programmable logic controller (PLC). In the PCWORX , corresponding function blocks is used for setting communication proto- col and other communications parameters. Through in-situ test, it is demonstrated that the module has the features of flexibility and practicability in the multi-state supervisory system for expressway tunnels.
