| 摘 要： | 论述了气体渗碳过程中的炉气碳势控制原理、测氧传感器的内部结构及炉气碳势与氧电势之间的相互关系。实测了不同温度、不同氧电势下的炉气碳势，并通过测氧传感器、碳势控制仪、流量计及电磁阀构成的控制回路实现了炉气碳势的自动控制。由于采用了智能化的控制方式，碳势控制精度得到很大提高。

With the circuit composed of an oxygen sensor, the control instrument and an electromagnetic valve, it realizes automatically control of carbon tendency. |
