摘    要:文章通过分析供电企业结构性缺员现状,针对设备数量、技术层级、人员构成、组织机构、工作要求、政策法规等因素发生变化而产生的人力资源配置失衡的供电企业结构提出相应对策.

Abstract:The paper,by analyzing the current status of structural shortage of personnel in power supply enterprise,put forward the countermeasure according to many varoable factors such as equipments quantity,technical hierarchy,personnel structure,organization,working requirment,basic standards,and policies,which results in the unbalanced allocation of human resources.
