摘    要:随着含聚污水量的逐年增加,越来越多的聚丙烯酰胺降解技术应用到含聚污水处理领域.聚丙烯酰胺降解技术包括机械降解、化学降解、热降解和生物降解,其中生物降解技术成熟、无二次污染.因此,利用高效降解聚丙烯酰胺的菌株处理含聚污水将成为解决这一问题的有效手段.对聚丙烯酰胺降解技术、微生物固定化技术进行了介绍,着重阐述了生物降解技术...

Abstract:With the increasing of poly-containing wastewater amount,more and more technologies of polyacrylamide degradation including mechanical degradation,chemical degradation,thermal degradation and biodegradation,have been applied to treat poly-containing wastewater in oilfield.Biodegradation technology is mature without secondary pollution.Use of high efficient polyacrylamide polymer degrading strain will be an effective method to treat poly-containing wastewater.This paper introduced techniques of polyacrylamide degradation and immobilization,emphasisly introduced the superiority of biodegradation technology,and summarized developmental trend of biodegradation at the same time.
