| Abstract: | The paper expounded the principle to localize the cable fault point,and gave the measuring method.Through an application example to localize the fault point of 10 kV cable,with the real problem analysis and handling experience,its fault point would be quickly found out,and the power system was assured to be safe and stable running. |
